I think this is kind of silly because I'm very well aware of NOT abusing social bookmarking and networking services and, while sure I want to promote my site and the things I like about it, I am not a crazy spam bot. Their ban ratio is pretty insane. It initially started with a blank screen when I first tried to submit my link - which is their way of telling you a domain name is no longer allowed. Mind you, this was after I maybe submitted 20 or 30 links from the same domain over the course of 2 weeks. That's about 1 a day. They were direct links to forum posts that were good content, nothing spammy - real genuine content. And they banned me. Silly.

I've posted similar things at reddit, and have a karma rating of 92 over there and generated 7000 uniques as a result.

anyone else experience ridiculous bans like this?

thats why i say do not use these type of marketing more than once in a week, now if you still willing to submit you links here is an idea---use some redirects doamin like .co.cc .co.nr or others and submit you links using these
