StumbleUpon Account Suspended

So I got the email like weeks ago but still have not heard back from them. It says suspended pending review blah blah blah. How long does it usually take? It's been actually more than a few weeks now that I think about it-- it's been almost two months! I hadn't even logged into the account in weeks before they sent that to me so I was a lil upset, but I kinda would like to use it again!
