I do not work in marketing department so I can not say for sure, but I am quite certain that every time you open a social media app, one of our girls will pop up.

Yes. I would not recommend this work for anyone solo. There is just so much to do and while you can get away with little capital, there is still many hands needed in the process.

I can't imagine why there would have to be so many people, I know you need Marketing, prospecting models and there are "chatterers", what else do you need?
 
Sounds like you should have kept going. There will be bad days and/or weeks but consistency is what matters. There is no such thing as get rich quick, but hard work will pay off.

Marketing, Managers, chatters.

.. Accountants, lawyers, video and image editors, data analysist, office and project managers, IT specialists, system admin, social relations manager, web designer, assistants for both executives and models..

At start most likely putting most of it on the shoulders of one person is what most agencies do but it is not manageable in long run by any means.

It is damn difficult to find the right one for this business. Its not only showing ass or tits, its much more.
The personality of that person matter as much as the appearance. Not every girl is made for that.
 
Way to get rich fast? Who told you that is a liar and ur fallen for it. Past 2 years I have made over 3million $ on onlyfans with over then 1 million $ cost and 17 people employed grinding 24/7 with custom softwares that cost a fortune with alot of lost money and nervs, so not sure who said to you this is easy.

This is 100% the biggest thing. Most girls you end up start working with, you will ditch half of them first 2 weeks because they are not just cut out for it in the long run.

It's not even about the producing content aspect. It's that a lot of people just won't respond to the content unless the girl is top tier. Like someone said as well, there is a growing movement to not partake in OnlyFans and this is very prevalent on all social medias.

Not sure why you are letting that blur your vision, there are 500,000 signing up to OnlyFans per day, the revenue of the company is only growing.

But yes, it's easy to find a model, it's hard to find a QUALITY model that will trust the process and stick long term, creating the perfect content.

Advice I would give to you is to pick a traffic source and master it, Reddit is my focus at the moment and it's working great. I will tap into TikTok shortly, consistency is king!

I don't post nude, lots of teasers, almost nude photos and GIFs

One of my friends promotes a girl on OF, he was doing good, but since it has gone down a lot, barely making profit, and or cutting even, its hard but i think you have to be creative and find the right girl who never gets boring
