Stripe users: Is there a manual application review?

    Did anyone review your Stripe application manually? I just tried to create an account and it created an account successfully without any review.

    Got the email after confirming my email address. "Thanks for submitting your account information! You're now ready to make live transactions with Stripe."

    Seems like my account is ready now. I'm confused. Wasn't there supposed to be manual account review before the application was accepted?

    Is it all done? Can I start accepting orders and payments from my customers now without worrying about payments? I don't want to open my site to start receiving orders only to find out that payments are not going through or there is a need for a review or something like that.

    My application with 2checkout is stuck for a week now. Every day they email me and ask for something new that they couldn't bother to ask before. So I'm just a bit surprised and confused how Stripe accepted the application and activated the account in 10 seconds.

    Never was with this company but I'd expect question to start popping when you make your very first money.
