How do people who buy stealth stripe accounts get around the name match of the ID used to verify the account to the name on the payment method?

I worked with it a few years ago, in that time there were sellers who sold Stripe stealth account + Payoneer account, both under the same name, so it would solve your problem
Nowadays I don't know if there are sellers doing that, as this kind of item is not allowed to be sold on BHW anymore

Honestly, most don't sweat it too much, but virtual cards with custom names are probably the easiest workaround.
