There has been many scams recently and it's been ongoing for long it seems, due to the loose rules of allowing nearly everyone to throw up a thread selling iPhones, iPods, iPads or whatever that has a high price tag then have as many as possible for the scam before getting the valueless account banned. Such people will keep popping up with proxies, so I think it's time to put some requirements as for BST.
