Well guys, I am currently 18, and been playing the piano for about 12 years. But the thing is, that I am playing in such a big concert for the first time.
Many famous politicians are going to attend, and I am going to end the concert. "The big finalle"

Now the thing is, that I am pretty nervous about it. The last concert in which I participated was 3 years ago and not that successful ...

So guys, what do you suggest I do to relieve the stress?

BTW this is what I am going to play:

Wow, you must be quite the talented pianist. I've always wanted to learn how to play the piano, it's really beautiful.

But as far as stress relief goes.. hm.. lots of sleep tonight of course, eat a really, really good breakfast. Nothing with lots of sugar. We don't want anything to kickstart your adrenaline and make you shake and get even more nervous. Also, imo this works out pretty well. Try to keep your view 'tight'. Never look up and into the center where you can see every single person in the audience. That'll freak you out real quick. Try to look a tad down, maybe a bit to the side, basically you want as few people in your field of view (mainly peripheral) as possible.

Just some thoughts, the big thing is the sleep and breakfast. Let us know how it goes. :)

Damn. Thanks for all your advice mate! BTW it's never too late to start learning the piano!

Well guys, I'm off to the concert hall! Wish me luck!

Sometimes meditating, and picturing the performance in your mind can help you to relax and become confident. When you think about it, think of it being successful.

Good luck
