Ok so the latest Google algorithm update hurt one of my websites and I'm struggling to comprehend the stats from GSC. I was hoping you guys could give me a better insight into the whole situation.

*this is 1 particular article on my website.

Most of the website didn't see any major changes except this one article. It went from ~50 clicks per day to close to none. However the GSC shows an increase in the average position? When I Google the keyword I used to have a snippet for, I'm nowhere to be found in the first 100 results lol. The page is indexed on Google though.

For things to be even worse, the 1st ranking website now (after the update) is actually AI content and the whole website is AI generated more or less. Couple more of "crappy" websites got their place in the top 10.

I basically lost 100+ keywords I used to hold for well over 6 months. It's a product review article that was bringing in fine amount of $$$ so I'd like to get behind this.

On Bing, I still hold the snippet - the same way it used to be on Google.

So the GSC says my avg. position went up but I'm actually nowhere to be found. Instead, I'm replaced by AI content as well as couple of new-joined "crappy" websites on the 1st page.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? Any input is appreciated.

Did you sort by "recent date?"

No, this is not what I meant, recent date must have the same date for all keywords
