I've seen a handful of traffic coming to my sites in recent days showing the referrer as
    Code:
    http://youtube-downloader.savetubevideo.com/youtube-downloader.php?u=http://[B]MYURLHERE[/B].com
    What's going on?

It's a top 3 site, and I haven't built any links in many months - certainly nothing spammy, ever.
The traffic shows coming from Brazil and Greece - two countries where I never get traffic from (it's a local site, in another country).

It's a spider. Did you take a look at the root url?

Appreciate the suggestions - however, I don't see that it could be a spider, because there are no links to my site from that domain.

Some type of neg seo, perhaps? Though there are no signs of traditional neg SEO against my domain.

Looks like referer spam... Spammer crawls a bunch of sites randomly hoping that a few of them automatically publish their logs online thus giving the spammer some back links. Possibly even a couple of web masters themselves convert as a bonus.
