Strange ranking for a fresh new site

Hi guys, after a lot of years dedicated to italian seo im trying to enter in English market. (Movie Niche)

Im working on 3 sites with very popular keywords (all of them 3M + monthly searches)

Im doing the same things that i made on my italian sites (premium own pbns from auctioned domains, niche edits, guest post, some external pbns post but from nice networks)

These things working really great in italy and i start ranking in 15/20 days.. and go in first page after a month.. 40 days max.

But with english sites seems that im doing something wrong. For example, on 1 of sites i made great seo.. bought 10 guest posts from real sites (around 1k for all), added 11 premium pbns (bought domain on auctions for a total price of 1600 usd) and waiting for 20/30 guest posts on external pbns (high quality and long tat, so im not worried about link velocity).. i added simillar number of links each day for keep a constant link velocity..

And after 25 days im still not in top 200 on google us or google uk! Is this normal? My site ranked in 5th and 6th page for some hours (after 10 days from start) but than dissapeared again and is still out of top 200...

Should i continue with seo? Is normal wait so long for appear in top 200 in english markets?

P.s. on page is perfect, page speed is A grade, content is great (already 7k pagex indexed...)

This is the answer, Local SEO is not Global SEO, English market is though to rank for in no time!

Are you using a new domain?

Check for penalties, do a site audit, improve site speed and then add more links

Im using domain registered in April this year... No penalities, was registered by me without previous history.. i understand is harder to rank, but when u are ready to invest 3k monthly in seo and you dont appear in top 200 after a month.. maybe something is wrong

1. it might be google dance
2. US market is tough. Give it some time
3. Check for DMCA since its a movie site

To be honest for a first few months you should not worry about rankings. I think this is hard, but it is what it is - fresh domains just don't rank well in gogle.com nowadays. Build quality backlinks, add new content - that is all you can do. You can also check organic keywords in Ahrefs and if this steadily increasing everything should be ok.

Sorry if this is a diversion but how well will a domain that had been paid for yearly and hosted for the last 5 years rank even though there has not been any content on it.

How will it rank if one decided to start working actively on it today.

Thanks for your reply, i wasnt sure about this but i will continue to build links and content and lets see.. Ahrefs organic is increasing daily (inner pages) so maybe this is good sign.

'Index age' start when u indexing first time your domain, not when u register it. So a 5 years old domain indexed 20 days ago is indexed 20 days not 5 years

Check if these PBNs are all pointing to the same domains over and over again.

You could've been punished.

Check if your site's been penalized.

They are 11 official movie sites, never dropped and with backlinks from imdb, rottentomatoes, nbc, universal, bbc, theguardian..

ive added 2000 words original content on them, 1 link to my money site and 3/4 links to external authority sites .. so i dont think thats the cause

How soon did you start sending links after the site was built and some content was published?

I don't build any links for the first month or two. Then I build links fairly slow over 6 months. This has given me the quickest rise in the SERP. On sites where I built links right after a build, it actually took a lot longer to see the affects of the links than waiting.

Really fast.. 3/4 days after content was indexed (through search console) i started adding pbn and guest post on daily frequency! So.. i will wait more i think
