I have 5 domains with the same hosting. For the moment, let's not worry about how this is bad and how you have to spread across many hosts.

All domains are in a folder in root, even the main domain. In my root, I have an htaccess file that causes the main domain to be served from a folder.

here is the list of all domains:

    main-domain
    addon-domain-1
    addon-domain-2
    addon-domain-3
    addon-domain-4

Each domain also has its own htaccess

all domains are registered with godaddy

    Here is the problem:
    main-domain and addon-domain-1 and addon-domain-2 work

addon-domain-3 and addon-domain-4 DO NOT WORK. I get page not found. It's like the domains don't exist.

I tried deleting all htaccess files because I thought maybe there is a conflict. Same problem, addon-domain-3 and addon-domain-4 not found.

I tried transferring everything to another host. Same problem, addon-domain-3 and addon-domain-4

And yes, I do wait 24 hours for the DNS to propagate.

At this point I dont know what in the hell is going on. I have been making websites all my life and I have NEVER seen anything like this.

I should add another note: When I first transfer hosts and upload the files via Filezilla, addon-domain-3 and 4 work. so I shouldn't have said they dont work above. BUT they stop working after a few hours and I get page not found. I am stumped and have no idea what in the hell is going on.

Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours for nameservers to change. It can take up to 3 days. If you tried different hosting and still the same, then maybe try to contact the domain registrar.

All these PBNs on the same server? They each have different IP?

you are focusing on the wrong thing man, firstly it's not uncommon that DNS changes will take up to 72 hours, but from what you described your main problem is 1. you have all PBN's on the same hosting account. 2.your PBN's are addon domains of your main domain.
Are all your PBN's wordpress also?
Forget about worrying about addon domain 3 and 4 not working and get it seperated in too different hosting accounts and with different hosting providers as well, then build your PBN on different platforms.
Right now you are leaivng the biggest footprint for google to follow, hopefully your PBN's are not indexed yet, if they are googel knows what you are trying to do becouse of the initial set up, and you might as well go out and buy new domains and set your PBN in the right way.
