The number is surely fake: 1-416-1234567

By Googling it under the standard North American number system, without dashes, I found (4161234567) I found http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/4161234567

Seems to be some kind of fraud "investment service" bit.

Mate, she ain't knowing anything. She asked u whether u speak english because she doesn't know a thing. Obviously a scam to get ppls permission for phone marketing and email marketing I would say.

This is a old trick. She already has your name, address, and number. What the scam is: call the person and record them saying yes "do you speak english". Your yes answer just accepted what ever they are selling and the bill will prob hit your phone bill the next month. Look like she spoof her number as well. Next time she calls you. Say yes and report back your findings.
