Hi! We do not issue replacements after changes have been made to the account. If you have logged into your account and it is blocked, you will receive a replacement. Or if you cannot log in to the account itself. If you start to make changes, it means that you are using the account! So it is no longer replaceable.
These rules are written in the "Replacement conditions" section

I'm a serious buyer not here to waste your time and please don't accuse me of misleading people, we both know your not being truthful in your reply and this in itself is showing how you go about doing business, but hey maybe this was all a misunderstanding, so try to make it right.

They put our username in the name! But if you go to the profile, the Skype login there is different. Be careful!
