Hi! We do not issue replacements after changes have been made to the account. If you have logged into your account and it is blocked, you will receive a replacement. Or if you cannot log in to the account itself. If you start to make changes, it means that you are using the account! So it is no longer replaceable.

They put our username in the name! But if you go to the profile, the Skype login there is different. Be careful!
