Hello like-minded's, again I just want to write my thoughts down. So do not expect a well organized post. This post became very long. I think it is worth reading completely if you have time. Else you can save it for later 
In this post I want to write about one of the biggest threats for young adults / teenagers in my opinion. Porn.
Imagine yourself, gabbing your phone (or when you are on your computer), going to a porn site and watching other man banging a woman who does not even know you exist.
What a shame to look at something like this. Is it not weird if you think about it?
The more important thing, your sex drive, your enegy, will always be taken. You feel weak, empty, maybe tired. But why is that?
There are three main reasons:
1. Everytime you jerk off, your testosterone levels "get reset".
2. Everytime you jerk off to a porn your brain thinks you have sex. What leads to your brain into thinking "I have done my job and procreated. I have nothing to do anymore."
3. Everytime you jerk off dopamine gets released for this short moment of relieve. After that you have less dopamine in your reserves.
physically demanding activities. Evolution goes slow. This is still in us. Our sexual drive is important to achieve things. Having sex is wonderful. Real intimacy is wonderful. It boosts your sex drive and testosterone over time. But jerking off to some weird shit videos is not. Jerking off lowers your energy, because you do not get the benefits of sex, you get quite the opposite, even if your brain thinks you are having sex, which results in a lower sex drive (as you had "sex right now"). If you stop jerking off you will also get a higher testosterone level in average. So in the next section I will list all benefits of testosterone.
As you can see, there are a lot of benefits. I think I have not even mentioned all of them. High testosterone is wonderful.
If you have low testosterone, you will not have this benefits. You will also have some disadvantages. I will list them now.
There are a lot of disadvantages of low testosterone. I do not want them to prevent me from reaching my goals and I think you also do not want that.
Even if this thread is about porn addiction, I want to mention, that you can massively boost your testosterone levels with the right food. If you now ask yourself, what food you should eat. GIYF.
Now to no fap. I think it can be useful if you are addicted, trying to quit or make a reset. In terms of testosterone it is not really helpful. Here a little graphic:

Your testosterone levels raise until day 7 and then fall off back to normal. Maybe stay a little increased after that.
I think no fap is a good challenge to prove, you have the will power to stop. So should you do no fap in my opinion? I do not think no fap is the solution, but it can be great to get out of porn. Rather just jerk off one time per week instead every day. Just do not jerk off to porn or pictures. Use your imagination! Imagination can do better things than porn ever could do. Also this stimulates your brain and does not destroy it.
If you are the person that always needs "the perfect video", you are obviously in the upper 14% and a retard in my opinion. Imagine scrolling minute after minute, hour after hour, wasting your time to get your dopamine. I mean, at one point everyone searches for the one video they found three years ago, but this is not the "every day business".
Now let us calculate. If you are porn addicted and jerk of 1.5 times a day on average, 365 days a year ~ 25 minutes stay on a porn site, we have:
1.5 * 365 * 25 = 13687.5 minutes / 60 = 228.125 hours of watching porn a year. Ridiculous. Imagine what you could do with this time. How much work you could put into your business. Now I could make another example with a more addicted person that jerks off more often or needs more time, but I think you get what I want to tell you. It is a huge waste of time.

You can get addicted to porn. Not only because dopamine gets released everytime. Our brain remembers where to return, when we need something. Like if you are hungry, you take something out of your fridge. When you are horny, then what? Of course instead of searching a real partner or romance you abuse porn like a substance to get your next minute of satisfaction, just to feel depressed afterwards. Also, just like any other drug, we build tolerance over time. Do you remember the first time you jerked off? I do not, but I could imagine i typed something like "woman breasts" with spelling mistakes in google and that was enough for me to finish in a minute. Nowadays I can not even get one up in a minute watching real porn. So we build tolerance. Some people that are into porn for years are watching the most extreme bullshit, which destroys their brain even more. They could not even get one up if there was a real woman right in front of them. The prefect video
The most of you know doom scrolling on social media. It is terrible. Some people also experience this in porn. They search for the perfect video or the perfect woman. The perfect woman that gets fucked by other man. And then there you are again watching some people gangbanging like a peeping tom and jerking off. Shooting your whole energy in a paper towel and throwing your energy away. Sorry, I disgress. Maybe after one hour, you find the perfect video to jerk off to. But you will not find a perfect human in real life. This is imagination. The real problem here is, that people will search for the perfect "non existent" partner. They will get less attracted to "not perfect" (in their mind) people. They see 10 videos of naked women with 90-60-90 measurements every day and will then get turned off by 70-60-70 measurements in real life for example. This is not only a porn problem. It is also a problem on social media. But this thread is about porn, so I will leave the social media part out.Time waste

The people are fucked in general
I mean it. Imagine you are doom scrolling social media. Your dopamine levels are extremely low from all rewards you get. Then you decide to jerk off 2 times a day. Your dopamine falls more and so does your testosterone. You have emotional trouble. You feel bad. Maybe you even feel depressed. You want to do nothing. This repeats every day.
