Still can't get it on open tab option

I ask before a lot claim , IF you inter link your site
No need tick open new tab

BUT IF u interlink external site link use open new tab

so call user experience.

i ask again is because you see sometimes the first sentence will
inter link internal site link, when visitor claim it go another page within your site
if they going to read that article which they at first want to read will click back
