I have 40+ forum profiles and web 2.0 properties I'm trying to index.

    Tried:

Creating an RSS feed of all the 40 backlinks via hostmyrss dot com. Then submitted the RSS feed via Scrapebox. Pinged the RSS feed via pingler dot com. Submitted the RSS feed via jumptag.

    Still, no indexing.

I do own a PR 2 website with 90+ indexed pages.

I'm thinking of dumping my backlinks on one of the less important pages to get them indexed.

That would hurt the rankings of the whole site, though, right?

There are a few pages that rank well and I can't afford to lose my SERP positioning.

Strange that none are indexed. Most forums and web 2.0 sites are built in a spider friendly manner so they will get naturally indexed and linked to without doing anything.

Pinging/submitting to social bookmarks should speed it up though.

check your robots.txt file, make sure you aren't excluding the forums from being spidered. Also consider making an auto-generated site map, for easier indexing by the bots.

I have created pages on high traffic sites that have gone un-indexed for months:

    squidoo
    ezinearticles
    hubpages
    vox

When I do a lens or an ezine article I submit my article to the top social bookmarking sites and its indexed in a matter of hours. Try using onlywire.com to speed that up.

If you don't mind spending a bit of money there are two scripts you can get that'll help you get indexed pretty easily.

One is Backlink Indexer Express and the other is Sean Donahue's Backlink Booster.

They both work via ping.fm and update a create posts at all of the associated sites with links back to your profiles/whatever url's you're trying to get indexed.

I put all of my links through them and then after a while run them through ScrapeBox to see if they're indexed. Most of them will be, however, if some aren't then you can use a bookmarking tool to bookmark them, or you can do as you suggested - create an RSS feed and submit that to RSS aggregators.

99% of my links are indexed by following the above process.

Feel free to PM me if you want to know anything else.
