Sticky ads on a ..big website?

    Guys, we all know that google policies are against sticky ads, but how come a famous website/company such as pcgamer.com is using it without any trouble?

    Home Page:
    PCgamer is a premium publisher and gives high traffic. You can check the ranking of the website. Google AdSense gives some more privilege to their premium partners. (This is what i think).

    as i know, it is allow as long not more than 30% of the screen and not close the content
