The current marketplace looks messy, and i think everyone should get a chance to be visible, i suggest respected administration should limit the number of stickies in a section.
Only 5 stickies can be shown at a current time.
When someone refreshes the page other 5 should be visible.
And the position should keep on changing i.e. the sticky currently showing on position 1 should be shown on position 5 and so on.
The above rule can also be done for other marketplace normal threads, this will stop fake bumps in the marketplace.
