Stickied "Intro to this Topic / Topic 101" For Each Section

There are some forum sections where after reading dozens of posts I still have no idea what the section is really about. I think it would be beneficial to give have a stickied introduction to each section (for example black hat seo, adwords, ppv etc.) so we don't have to search and read through hundreds of posts just to understand the basics. Making Money and Ewhoring have these already in case you need examples of what I'm talking about.
