Sterday seems to be a little delayed on my order....

    I ordered an MNS from Sterday on 7/1/11. Yes that is nearly a full year ago. He responded quickly but provided unacceptable keywords the first few times around. He asked me what type of KW I was looking for and I replied to which he said he would get me one of those ASAP.

    After more delays from him I finally requested a refund on 9/19/11. He told me he couldn't refund because of the fact that it was after the refund period on paypal and that he couldn't send me money via paypal because he is from India. I said that seemed reasonable and to give me another KW and my last "communication" with him was on 1/13/12.

    Since then I have received updates from him on his new products because he apparently added me to his mailing list. Each time I got one of these emails I sent him an email reminding him that he still owed me a site and of course got no reply.

    I decided to let this drop until I recently got yet another email regarding his new sites and decided that I needed to open this thread. I would like an email reply from him.

    wow waiting on a refund a year while the guy still mails you
    new products which means hes still making money and wont
    refund, man u deserve a refund now just for being patient
    12 month, cudos to you for staying calm put up as well a
    link to his profile and any chat logs

    or refunds , he should spend less time on new
    customers and fix the ones he already has, i call

    come on, what a year for a delay... wait 2 years then open a shit list. LOL..
    BTW.. I hope every customer i have is like you...you seem to be a very nice person.

    i think if i bought something from some1 and they didnt complete it
    fine, if u then keep getting emails of other products there selling
    every few months knowing the product you bought was never
    fulfilled i can see why the guy is a bit annoyed

    ok supose you bought a car from me and the steering wheel is missing
    you decide to let it slide and forget about it, then for the next year
    i keep throwing adds through your door to buy a car. what the guy is
    saying is very clear, if he hadnt heard from the guy again it would have
    been fine, its the fact the other guy has stuck him on a mailing list
    for new products thats pissing him off reminding him of a product
    never fulfilled to begin with - which is kinda insulting .

    Exactly. It is $35. Not a big deal. I was ready to let it go like you had mentioned. But the constant mailing from him, regarding new products, is what led me to open this thread.

    i can see what other people are saying why a year.
    i also see your point, that last thing you want is being
    put on a mailing list for products from a user/company
    who didnt deliver last time, also maybe lends to a question
    how many others didnt get all there keywords with the
    excuse i cant refund you im in india ,thats a great reason
    we can take your money, but even if we screw up we
    cant give it back, erm yes you can, send a manual payment

    Well Josh, If i ignore you, I would never have given 7 replacement keywords in total, So said okay for couple of keywords as well in the middle. . And also i am ready to compensate the payment with some other link building packages, I just checked all your mails and responding here. .

    I responded all you mails, And i can understand that you are disappointed with my email promotions, You have an option to unsubscribe the mails isn't it?

    I had the intention to satisfy you that's the reason i gave that much replacement else i would have tried something to send money. . I am ready to fix the issues. . Just let me know. . Thank you

    Just to chime in, if he's running so many BST services, not being able to make payments because he's from India is not a valid excuse. I'm from india as well, and he could either get a credit card, which wouldn't be a problem with the amount of money he's apparently earning(You need a deposit of $400 for that), or he could use a entropay card, which I know for a fact works.

    I understand, I use company paypal account and it doesn't have credit card. . Banks don't provide credit card or debit card for partnerships current accounts, That's the reason i told like that. . And also he accepted for a replacement keyword and he agreed a couple of keywords and i don't know what happened suddenly and he says i don't want. . I don't ignore, I replied his mails all the time. .

    well, ide say at least he has replied and has stated he is willing
    to fix it, so as the old saying goes, now give him the chance to
    fix it.

    I agreed to the Keywords because of the fact that you did not reply to my rejection for a few weeks. I agreed to see if you were still following our email thread. I rejected the KW and didnt receive a reply, two weeks later, I again asked for a refund and didnt receive a reply, 1.5 months later, I said I would accept the KW because I did not think I would ever receive a refund or an acceptable KW and you replied in 3 days.

    The last email I have received from you, other than a mass mailer, was on January 13th. Which stated,"Okay, I will give it to you soon. .

    This was regarding a new keyword that I found acceptable. I have not received anything since then. This does not show your intention to make good on the order as you claim. I asked for a refund 4 times in our email chain. This was after giving you more than enough time to make good on a even semi decent KW.

    Now as I stated my initial intention for opening this thread in the 1st place. Please reply to the last email that I sent you so that we can reach a conclusion on this matter.

    Regarding giving me 7 replacement keywords: You gave me a total of 5 keywords. Not sure where you are getting 7 from. You gave me 3 KWs that had virtually no advertisers on AdWords and the other two you gave me were trademarked names. Of course those are going to get rejected.

    As far as ignoring: I sent you an email on February 23rd, and April 27th. No reply to either of them.

    The good news is that reguardless of the past, this posting obviously got his full attention. I would say that he will now probably work to get this wrapped up so that this public embarassment can be put to rest.

    That's good for you... make sure you let him know what you want at this point - is it a new site, or is it a refund? I'm sure that he is now motivated to complete the biz transaction one way or the other. ;)

    Which bank are you using? I know that partnership accounts (current accounts) are entitled for a debit card to make payments online. I will correspond my answer with a link from hsbc bank. Also the rules are same for every bank as they are made by RBI (Reserve Bank of India)
