Steps to use GPT-3 (and Jasper)

I am having my GPT-3 setup fine-tuned and trained for my niche. But because it's the first time I'm venturing into AI content writing, I decided to sign-up for Jasper and use their free offer to familiarise myself about how to use it. This way, when my setup is ready, I won't waste time learning.

I have a particular way I want my posts structured, and I want to follow it to churn out as many articles as I can I'm a day.

Please can those with experience of using GPT-3 kindly guide me?

1. Input KW and ask AI to generate titles .
- AI generates different titles and I choose the best.

2. Input the title and some KWs and ask AI to write an intro with 2 paragraphs.
- I copy the into into WP

3. I then ask the AI to write the body in the following format
- H2 title
- 3 paragraphs
- H2 title
- 1or 2 paragraphs
- H2 title
- 2 or 3 paragraphs
- H3 title
- 2 or 3 paragraphs or lists
Conclusion Title
- 1 concluding paragraph

I want the total word count to be about 450-750.

Is this possible?
How am I going to instruct the AO to produce something like this?
Ideally, it will be faster to click one button and have it done, but if the only option is different clicks, then it's ok too
