Steemit - Income generating game

Well, this game is officially screwed. They have officially stopped giving "Steem" as rewards and now only give something called "Future" tokens. I didn't research it, and I guess OP didn't research it either, because apparently this was the plan for months. Their system of giving Steem was unsustainable, it was really only to attract new people I think. I don't know if this Future token will be able to be converted to other coins/tokens? I don't really get it. Maybe someone else is playing this game and can inform us who aren't knowledgeable about crypto.

FUTURE is the token the devs of the game created. Its to help them maintain the game and make a profit. Although, for those that invested in the game. Its going to be a lot longer before they break even if they haven't made a profit yet. For those that are free to play nothing has really changed for you expect that you will have to reach 50 FUTURE before requesting payout. Currently the only way to withdraw is FUTURE or exchanging your FUTURE to STEEM.

Go to "shop" then click "exchange" there you can see your options.

Yea, the whole Futures Token fu#ked the game BIG TIME, I was pumped up about it.
Now its stupid. You can buy 500 future tokes for 6.01 steem but if you want to sell future back to steem you its 1543 FUTURE = 1 steem. So soon as you invest into this game, you are going to be in the hole. Its a good scam... but without the ability to make good money, at the root, its just not a fun game. :/

Before the switch I was set to make 0.017 STEEM per day based on my production. Now I will make 1 Future token per day, which can be exchanged for 0.001 STEEM. So, almost 20x LESS value. Yikes. After a couple of weeks, I have made $0.25 USD worth of STEEM at present value. If I let it go on it's own doing nothing, I could probably make $0.01 USD per year. If I do a full deposit daily, maybe I could make another $0.25 by the end of the year. Will probably keep checking in every 2 days to see if there have been any positive changes and trying to build stuff. You never know I guess.
