Hi, how to properly create and use stealth PayPal account?
Suppose I create the account with phone number, add card and virtual bank to fully verify, still PayPal from time to time get suspicious when amounts regularly come in and go and they eventually limit the account? How to prevent that?
Don't want to risk my personal PayPal account so stealth is the way.
