So i sold a item, Buyer marked not as described and wants a refund. I however already sent the money to my real paypal account and spent it. my stealth paypal is now -300 dollars

now my question is.. I was going to just make a new stealth account and start fresh but i have used my real ip on the stealth account and on my real paypal account. So will the track my home address and come looking for me just fromhaving my ip? My ip address is the only information they have everything else is 100% stealth

they wont come after you for $300, just play it safe. You might get phone calls from collector agency's though. Play it safe.

They can pretty easily find you with your ip adress, they call up your ISP who has to give them the info since this is a legal matter etc

They could if they wanted to, but highly unlikely with only one case occurring against you and only in the amount of $300's. I'd be more careful from now on though. It may come back to haunt you if you ever get caught for something else.

i know people that got warning call from actual lawyer over $75000, nothing more and I know of businesses sued over $700 just to make a point. So I think its unlikely they will come after you for $300 but still you shouuld take precautions. Use TOR/ proxies ?
    good luck
