Stealth/anonymous mobilepay account

I want to create an anonymous mobilepay account that can't be easily linked back to me, but can't find a way to do so. Any help?

ahhh mann botting already made accounts is no problems but making accounts is a pain in the ass!!! All my reddits accounts get shadowbanned after 24h even if i didnt touch them...

focus on fingerprints:
clear cache and cookies,
decent proxies,
unique fingerprints.

i guess its the way to go
