so I assume it is OK to talk about this because this is blackhatworld after all. I want to steal videos and photos from an fb group in my niche which aren't on YouTube or anywhere else and post them on my blog and potentially YouTube for the videos and Pinterest for the photos. Can I run into any problems? I'll take the ones that don't show faces just interesting stuff in my niche.

i would make them myself but figured there's no harm if these people aren't blogging and it is really time consuming to do. Thoughts?

But when they come to know about this, they can always send copyright notice and your channel will be gone.

So do your own calculation.

Yes, if you are posting it without permission from the original copyright owner you can get in trouble.
Most of the time that just means you may receive a complaint and will have to take the content down.

Depending on your jurisdiction, the copyright owner and how easy you are to find, it could be worse though.
Getty is/was infamous for sending demand letters to anyone publishing their copyrighted photos:

So understand the risk involved, and prepare yourself to handle the potential consequences.
- Try to not have your real identity tied too directly to where you host the content.
- Don't have all your eggs in one basket. Run multiple accounts at the same time.
- Prepare backup accounts. If one gets shut down you have a replacement ready to go.

What if I just steal pictures? They send a email to my host and I have to take them down. That's it right?
