Post links back to your own site in each article so be backlinks to you. Alternatively, post an article with tons of porn/hacker words and then delete the article after he scrapes it. It is possible it will affect you. We don't work for Google, so we don't know.

You could contact his host and complain he is putting your copyrighted material on his site. I got a complaint like this before and removed the content immediately because it seemed serious.

if your content is fresh and not crawled yet, he will rank for your content as the original writer, that's a big loophole in google system

most probably emailing to someone who put up a damn autoblog can't get your any results :) best thing is to give him some really crappy content :D

go to your blog , add few posts manually with '' noindex tag '' :) post LOADS of links and porn keywords :)) let the autoblog to scrape your content :) then delete yours :)

atleast you will have some fun with the guy :)) even if hes not hurting you lol

Use the plugin SEO Smart Links and it will automatically give you links to your other pages and when you get ripped you get backlinks for free.

Christ, how many times have people done that to me in the past... Fortunately, their sites were sort of new. Albeit mine was too, but they didn't know about forced sandbox:D

Put his site ip or subnet in host.deny That should stop him. I think apache has a spot for it too. If you have a vps or dedicated and Config Server Firewall installed you can block his ip pretty easy also much finer control. CSF is very good I use it on most of my sites be careful though you can lock yourself out.

    Hope this helps

First contact and ask him to stop. Or if he doesnt tell him you will contact DMCA and take his website down. He will surely stop.
