I use a toolbar called savevid which lets you type in the url or http of the website address and download it to your computer in a mp4 video format.

Then i change the name of the file so youtube dosn't copyright the video.
Upload the video back to my channel using the uploader tool on their website.

Add a title, description and links etc.

All done in 5 minutes on a fast computer.

Thanks alot

so how is it working out for you. Seeing any traffic from this method.

Sounds interesting.

i have a good use for this and that site will help me save time, thanks.

I download as mp4, put in imovie or premiere, break the the audio and video link, remove the CPR statement and then export and upload.

I rename it something other than the original title.

YT ain't catching it.

They will when the view count gets high enough, but I'll have made my money and it will be on multiple accounts at that point anyway.

I'm not sure if renaming bypasses the duplicate content system. I edit my videos slightly then reupload them. I have had instances where Youtube immediately identified duplicate videos that I merely renamed.

You're not even editing a tiny bit, or re encoding them?

thanks

I can do that in 15sec with a faster computer & a superfast DSL connection :P

Moreover, there's a good chance YT will catch up with this (actually they already have). They check the video length for duplicacy (isn't this a word? spell check goes crazy) and not the file names.

Download
upload to video editor
Extract audio without removing (break the existing tracking)
remove a few seconds of the clip...generally the copyright statement at the end
export as mov using title of song only, not artist
derivations of the title work just as well

Heres a video where i took from some one and edit it by myself. I made some minors changes and added some stuff. They couldn't tell if the video was someone else so they didn't message me about this video.
what is different between them?how to add some stuff?

I think youtube is still able to detect the original video dunno how but they can find out the re uploaded ones, there might be a secret digital signature somewhere in original video which gets recognized by you tube server.
