Stay Away From MicroLeaves.com Bad Experience!

    Stay away from www.microleaves.com

    1 year ago i bought 100x proxy from them.

    Every month i pay the bill no problem.


    2 weeks ago i was 1 day to late with payment ( My fault ) and the complete iplist in my dashboard was changed in others.

    All my accounts don't work offcourse. Contacted trough Skype this rude guy tell me :

    Ok because of this problem I lost 30% of my accounts and still today lot of verify issue.
    But stop! We have more problems.
    3 days ago i checked my VPS and all accounts has NO results in last 3 days.
    So I send them a message why all my proxys has ‘’ PROXY ERROR “
    2 days later I get a message :

    Wauw, all 100 proxys are stopped without any message/warn before because if they did that I can safely transfer to new proxys.
    I am afraid I will lose looooooot of accounts again.

    But how can a ‘ prof’ business has such a sh*tty service and always threat me to stop and cancel everythime this screenshot 2 weeks ago ( maybe they don't like it because i bought with BHW discount i don't know )
    i know my English is not perfect and it's maybe annoying.

    Yes after this last issue ( ALL PROXYS STOPPED ) I stopped with them.
    Lost to much money + Time + now lot of accounts.

    Please people STAY AWAY FROM www.MicroLeaves.com
    Spend your Money+Time somewhere else and you don't lose anything.

    Lol dude. Just chill.

    It's obvious that there was a set of unfortunate events.

    You've been using them for months without any trouble and now you're throwing shit at them because they failed to deliver for a couple days?

    You're pissed because they failed to deliver, true. But no company guarantess 100% uptime. Shit happens.

    They are probably using an automated system. I'd be pissed too, but nothing can be done in this case.

    2 problems in 1 month is enough.
    Shitty service was over the whole 1 year everythime i needed them.
    i can send more chat converstations if you want haha :D

    The reason why they stopped the membership ( 100x proxys ) is not because i didn't pay them.
    it was payd for 14+ more days. but it's stopped.
    Not an Billing issue

    They just stop it. Without any message/warn it was 14+ days more active

    It's not OP's fault. It's microleaves bad services. Other proxy services would definitely warn you and email etc if it's near your due date. Even highproxies and actproxy staffs are so much better.
    Of course it's automated but hey come on, do you know how much suffer and pain to recover accounts you've been growing and suddenly proxies changed? lol

    Yep microleaves is horrible customer service. Their services are good but it's tough relying on them due to such terrible customer service.

    Yesterday they canceled all of my proxies in the middle of the night on a sunday morning. No email. no notice no nothing. Took me all afternoon to figure out that they changed all of the proxies i've been using for years. It lead to huge issues with the services I run. Just send 1 email out about it.. cmon! I've been a loyal customer for years.

    The owner treats customers terribly "if you don't like it go somewhere else" type of attitude. He also refuses to hire anyone for support and he is virtually never available. The service makes over $50,000/month in profit (as proven by his attempt to sell the business on flippa) and he can't hire 1 support person.

    Take a look at his 2 sales threads. User after user complaining about proxies not working and no response for 5 days now. It's really a shame because when things are running correctly its a great service. There is just no thought about the customer when issues like this happen and they do happen with microleaves.

    Wauw 50K+ profit.
    For me it doesn't matter if i have xx profit or xxx.xxx profit per month customer is always the king.
    Can't understand it sometimes.....

    But i learned my lesson.
    From now on i buy only things from an (good) active BHW member with lot of good reviews.
    Has found an other seller for the same money i have 100 ips more + he has lot of good reviews here on BHW.
    Quality + service is the most important for me.

    You are not the only one.
    I tested these proxies in September, got some of my accs banned.
    When i wanted just replace some of IPs - this guy cancelled my subscription right away:D

    I was actually about to leave a review for greencloud thats what ive been using for dedicated proxies.

    Yes, they are very rude and threat everythime with cancelling the subscription.
    If i am a new customer no problem please refund.
    But if you have 100 proxys with 300 inst acc everything running good and he threat with it it's very
    tedious.

    Hello Guys,

    I am very sorry for the issues with our Dedicated Proxies in the past few days. One of our Datacenter from which we were buying ips decided to close the servers and ips overnight because of some abuses from our users.

    We tried our best to keep the old ips and restore the service with the OLD ips but unfortunately we couldn't.

    It seems that even after many years of experience there are still things which can happen which we didn't took in consideration.

    Right now we made some changes so things like this won't happen again and we made some special classes SPECIALLY for social websites and nothing else, so people with spamming tools won't destroy the ips and datacenter to close them.

    It was in our own interest to restore the old ips to our customers and not to change them but unfortunately we could not do that.

    I would also like to state that our system sends AUTOMATIC emails with 4 DAYS because a membership is set to expire to tell the user to make a payment if he has Manual payment or to be sure that hi's paypal account has funds so when it will try to bill them it won't fail.

    Subscriptions are also canceled automatically when automatically payments fail so again this is not something we can control. Basically when you get your subscription canceled and membership you can reopen the membership from our Panel and subscribe again.
    Paypal doesn't allow us to retry the payment after failing and because of that we prefer to cancel it so the user can restore the ips as soon as possible.

    Regarding Customer Support we are working to resolve and have a 24/7 customer support in the next few weeks.

    I am very sorry once again for what happened with the Dedicated and Shared proxies, this is something that we learned and should not happen in the future.

    Same experience here. Poor customer support. Speed of proxies are really horrible. Will never recommend microleaves.com

    So, the conclusion is can we still used your dedicated proxies for social network interaction or should stop it and move to else proxy provider?

    I used them for some time in 2015-2016 and had no problems at all. The proxys were pretty good and not overused. They got more expensive by now but I somehow can't believe that the quality dropped so fast.

    Hello Everyone,

    In the past week we had been having some issues and because of that we had to change Dedicated & Shared ips for our users because someone abused the ips and datacenter closed all the ips.
    We sent email notification to users but for some reason it seems that only a few received that notification and after that we had our website closed also because it was hosted on the same datacenter.
    After many hours of non-stop work we finaly managed to fix the website and also change the ips which were closed to new ones.

    Because this is something that didn't happened to us in years it was more a surprise for us. Now we had made some changes and we now have 3 type of Dedicated proxies : Default, Social & Shoes.
    The default ones will not work for Social or Shoes websites and will be from different subnets. We noticed that the datacenter closed the ips because of abuses comming from spammer users who didn't used the proxies on social.

    We are also working to improve our customer support and hopefully in the next few weeks we will be able to offer 24/7 support.

    Another update is regarding backconnect proxies which we had disabled 1/5/10/15 Port plans for the moment until we analyze some things, we noticed that many users who has those plans are actually abusing the ips and don't care about our network. I know that there are also users who don't abuse but right now there is no way for us to filter the bad user with new users other than just stop accepting orders for 1/5/10/15 port plans.

    Regarding Amazon we did some changes there also and the service will be available only for 25 or higher plans because again we had too many 1 and 5 port plans for amazon who abused our ips and banned many of them.

    Tomorrow we will also send a notification to all our users regarding some changes for Google and Recaptcha which you will have to set from the control panel in case you will need to use the proxies on those websites.

    I want to say that we are aware of what we did wrong and from now on we will do our best to be very calm when talking with clients, have patience with them and also try to improve our services even more.

    We appologies for all the clients that had to suffer because of our problems and those who also suffered because of our support. I will promise you that from now on we will be focusing to have the best support in this industry and also improve our service stability.

    Like i said before on my previous post, the Dedicated & Shared proxies issue was something that we couldn't control. It can happen to ANY proxy selling service of Datacenter ips.

    We didn't had any issues with datacenter for the past 3 years but because of some abuse reports on some illegal activities that some of our clients did, the datacenter closed all our ips.

    So things like that won't happen again we took some protection and banned some of the websites which reported the spam to our datacenter so things like this won't happen again.

    I would like to point that Microleaves is selling also Backconnect proxies which wasn't affected by this issue.

    We've been doing some changes in the past week and we are also doing interviews to hire a full team for Support so we can offer 24/7 with 1 hour reply time at any hour. ( no one offers this on the market YET )
    We are also working on some new versions of our softwares which will make the proxies much better than before as in stability, speed, etc.

    Like i said before we don't have any interest in changing user's IP's and because of the issue which we had, we took some protection so things like this won't happen again.

    Currently Microleaves & Whitelabel programs have over 120,000 Dedicated & 60,000 Shared proxies on our active users. Backconnect has over 80,000 ports in use at the moment.

    For a "SHITTY" service, we are still the BIGGEST proxy network on the market.

    We understand that our support was bad and we took that in consideration and soon we will release the 24/7 support + our new updates for proxies.

    You didn't lose anything.
    Just delete the proxys and go on. Be rude to your customers thread them to stop.....

    I losed xxx accounts for you it is easy.
    Like a thief who steals and after comes with a nice story to talk it good.

    I lost time + $$ + still busy with it
