Never heard @Sol saying don’t go with memecoins or crypto
Because you are cucking yourself out of riches by avoiding it.

Memecoins and crypto is here to stay, nobody cares about utility coins and advanced protocols with 200 Venture Capitals backing it ready to dump their coins.

We have a fucking squirrel at 1B +

Moodeng that hippo you saw posted a few weeks ago got listed on Coinbase

You will fade the entire way up and fomo at the pico top.

It's absolutely, visible that you know what you are doing with meme coins.

And congrats to you for your success, you are really good at what you are doing.

But got few questions.

1. Do you agree that 90%+ of people lose money money in meme coins?
2. Do you agree that meme coins are based mostly on a hype?
3. Do you agree that with meme coins, if one person makes money the other one has to lose it?
4. Do you agree that, even if we educate ourselves as best as possible the meme coins are still a gamble?

Screw a dog, squirrel meme coin too just like those stupid rug pull NFTs.

Personally I find way more money clicking start on mailer and going to sleep instead of watching charts or depending on a bot to be smart at the charts.

my idea is that if i have 10k$ to spend on shitty stuff, i'd rather put a 100$ on a 100 meme coins and maybe just maybe one of them would somehow blow
ofc not just random meme coins, like after doing some real research and closely watching the ones that might be gaining some momentum

So, i yes, I am a fool and old fashioned guy, who doesn't understand a thing about crypto.

But hear me out...

Yes, there are lots of people who make money with crypto and trading and etc, but what you don't hear millions of people who lose money.

Specially these meme coins crap, it's probably the worst thing to try to make money with.

Crypto is a great way for transactions, selling and buying and etc. but that's it.

You can learn all the charts, strategies, whatever in the end nobody knows where it's gonna go.

1. Never invest money that you can't afford to lose.
2. Don't get addicted
3. Do it for fun
4. Know when to stop

And I know it's gonna sound bad and I don't mean to shatter dreams...but it's the truth.
All absolutely valid points. Things tend to turn sour for most when they either get too greedy and dont take profit or simply end up FOMO’ing to projects at the top of the chart.

Dont chase these 100x’s all the time, a good ol’ 2x/3x is already a point where I usually tend to pull out my initial investment - especially when dabbling in micro-cap tokens.

Appreciate the questions!
Let me try answer them while i’m on smoko :D

No, I think people who lose money in memecoins are too new to be making money.

Remember when you ran those ads on facebook and spent so much $ for like 2 conversions?

Well, you obviously didn’t know effective ad creatives. So you lost money, then came to BHW and created a thread “Is facebook ads dead?”

Same thing with memecoins in my opinion, once you know what the buttons you are clicking do and why charts and memecoins move the way they do.
Thats when the money starts, everyone is looking at memecoins right now as a new thing. They aren’t new they’ve been around for a long long time now.

I tried 20 diff business models and you’ll see if you go through my threads in the My Journey Section.

I could never get anything to work my brain just would not compute it, simple simple things like automating follow unfollow on a social media account I did not and still do not know how to do.

I spent money on TwitterDub but I don’t consider that ‘losing money’, i spent god knows how much on LG5GTQ+=[[ proxies that I didn’t know where to even paste them into.

These aren’t losses tho that’s just part of the process people go through. With crypto it’s similar, everyone loses money at the start but if you aren’t learning why you lost on that trade then I see no point why you even tried it to begin with.

Hype + Narrative + Attention = Billions

All a coin needs are A LOT of one of those or A mixture of all three.

Let’s look at $PNUT

Pnut had a narrative and attention,

the narrative being squirrel was unalived by NYPD, owner outraged and went to the media blah blah

the attention it got was out of this world with CNN, BBC, 9News, Elon, Joe Rogan etc etc all posting about it showing their frustration. A aa result PNUT kept going up and up and up.

Now you may be wondering, ok but I missed PNUT so what do I do?

Just buy the derivative like PNUT2.0 or PNUT Wif Hat.

Kidding, that right there is why 90% of people lose money - they have no idea or thesis on their trade. Simply bought it because of emotions and fomo from PNUT

Do not buy derivatives ever ever ever ever. Don’t touch them I don’t care they are shit and you WILL lose money.

Buy coins with some sort of story behind it like $ZEREBRO which is an AI agent that literally makes music and interacts with people on social media. Completely autonomous.

Do we care how it works? Nope. We care it works and it fits into one of the three categories above.

Hype, Narrative, Attention

It wasn’t very hyped when it launched but after the music playlist (search on Spotify ‘Zerebro) and lots of people realising “wait this is AI?????”

The price started pumping

Narrative was always there and the reason I and many others bought

Attention fades in and out as showcased on the chart. When there is “only up” candles and high volume you know we are in an AI meta or $GOAT is pumping which is pumping everything surrounding

3. Yes this is the sad reality of memecoins, one must lose for one to win.

I buy 100 tokens for 10 solana
You buy 100 tokens for 10.5 solana
I sell 100 tokens for 10.3 Solana

Now you are stuck with 100 tokens worth less than when you paid for them until someone like @xReminisce comes along and buys it.

This cycle repeats itself every second on every chart, one must lose (you) for one to win (me)

You will win when xReminisce loses. Thats just the way it is, the trick is

Be a winner.

4.

There’s a common misconception that memecoins are gambling. To be honest, I am still undecided on wether or not they are considered a ‘gamble’.

We would then have to label any form of investment as a gamble. You are putting money in hoping you come back to more money in an hour, 12hours, a week, 24 years etc.

I consider leverage trading gambling as you are borrowing MORE than what you have in order to make MORE than what you would have.

Leverage trading is a gamble because you aren’t investing hoping to make money you are purchasing options on whether price goes up or down.

Leverage trading is the fastest way to burn you portfolio….. if you don’t know what you are doing.

I have no idea what i’m doing or what BTC will do, so I stick to my frogs sticks and car memecoins.

The Mobile Token has been listed on coinbase for close to a year.

Helium is sitting 79th on coinmarketcap.com :

83% on the bullish side I'll go with them plus it takes me no effort to earn with this. All I do is have a hotspot plugged in the wall at 2 locations. Then my family member who travels a lot is doing the mapping. He runs a background app on his phone that doesn't eat up the battery. Win/Win I just collect my Token and pay my cell bill or cash out if I want to. I never said I was trying to get rich with this if I wanted to get rich I would start back up with mailing like I've done for 20 years.
I actually hate crypto and much rather have USD coming to my anonymous PayPal account... I have a PayPal debit card(debit card was mailed not to my address) where I can go to ATMs with a covid mask and hat on and cash out.

As I grow older I too am understanding the importance of having actual USD or any Dollar in the account visible ready to use.

Crypto screen money is fun but now it’s time to start exploring options of withdrawing it into benjamin blues
