Starting to make serious money with IG marketing but

hey there! New to the BHW community, I wanted to share a few of my concerns. I have 3 Instagram pages that sell shoutouts and it’s starting to become very lucrative despite the increasing prices of SMM panels. My question is, do I pursue a license for my business as my income grows significantly larger and larger? If so what do I do under as? A social media management company? I am weary to the idea that I am selling IG marketing but I use SMM panels to cover a lot of my clients expectations with these “story shoutouts” on Instagram. Is this fraudulent? How should I work around this?
