    1. Forget PR
    2. 15+
    3. I have found over 20k expired domains so far and after filtering them I only found 2 domains below 13 DA that met my requirements so I don't look at anything below 14 DA just to save time since most below that are bad.
    4. I don't look at PA
    5. Most expired domains are 2+ years old so I dont even look at this.

Look at the TF make sure its 15+ and the CF/TF ratio is below 1.80, check the history with archive.org , check the anchors and backlinks. Thats it.

Are you finding these domains yourself or going to buy them from a BST seller. If the latter, I'll give a small plug for my service here : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...domains-da-10-40-tf-0-20-priced-low-10-a.html

    Anyway. To your questions.

    1. PR hasn't been updated in forever. Don't worry about it.
    2. TF is a tricky one. Most say 15+. BUT if there is a site with authority backlinks AND it's an exact match on your niche, you can go lower. If your site is about Lacrosse, and you find a domain that was selling lacrosse gear, you may want to buy that domain even if it has slightly lower stats. If it's a generic sports domain that you want to add into your PBN, go higher.
    3. Minimum 10 DA. Usually higher. DA seems to be an easy metric to manipulate so it's not always a guarantee win anyway.
    4. Don't worry about PA too much. A high PA to DA value simply means that someone has built most of their backlinks to the homepage and not deeplinking. Some people care about this, other's dont. (I don't).
    5. Domain Age doesn't matter too much. I try not too look at this value too much.

Onto other things you should check.

    - Some people really really care about high authority backlinks the domain already has. This is mostly good because then you can build backlinks to that authority page, and it's basically bulletproof. It's also usually a good indication that the domain hasn't been spammed to death before.
    - No BS backlinks like chinese characters, russian characters, or penis pills.
    - Ideally the domain shouldn't have been used in a PBN before (Check Archive.org). And even better if the domain has only ever had one owner/use.

    None of them.

    Only backlinks matter.

Any metrics are only mere signs whether you should check the backlinks of a given domain manually.

Also make sure that CF to TF ratio is somewhere around 1.8

You mean not above 1.8, the closer to 1 the better. If its above 1.8 its most likely spammed.

don't take me wrong but there're plenty of threads on this already.

you're got to search and see that everybody will advise you to look at CF/PF/MD/PD/PA/GH/TF/DA/PA/FU and whatever metrics you can possibly come up with... the problem is that google doesn't give a shit about them and doesn't use them.

Look at the links, look at what was there, how you can add to it... and if you think you can use it to your advantage then go for it.
