The steps to form your Foreigner-Owned LLC are:

  1. Select a State
  2. Name your LLC
  3. Hire a Registered Agent Service
  4. File your LLC with the State
  5. Create an LLC Operating Agreement
  6. Get an EIN
  7. Get a Physical US Mailing Address
  8. Open a US Bank Account

What is your experience? Do you recommend any service?

I m thinking of Delaware for Step 1.

a bit confused on the foreigner owned llc. do you live in US? if so which state?

if you don't live in US, how can you create an LLC with a US physical address?

It seems fairly simple to do what from what I read a few times I can't remember its name but a fairly big office sort of building exists in America all you do is pay them a year for using their office space for that they can open your letters for you and send photos to you with whatever details they are seems to include in it a lot of businesses such as Amazon,UPS,Tesco and many other things.

LLC is open for anyone to create one even if you aren't us citizen. As for the address, theirs plenty of places that rent out "mail slots" for this exact purpose. Don't ask me to name any though, I havent looked into it in years.

Would like to know what are the benefits of this froeigner LLC and how does this help you avoid Paypal.

I formed mine last year in Wyoming. 3 days and it was registered. The EIN took few weeks to arrive. I use a service called InstantMailBox for the mailbox. For bank account, I had to go to the USA to open it. Opened at Chase bank

There's also Stripe Atlas:

Includes:
Formation of a company in Delaware
Delaware state filing fees
Signed documents to establish company bylaws and protect IP
Tool to issue stock to founders
First year of registered agent fees
Tax ID (EIN) filing
Stripe Atlas Community membership
Free templates for post-formation legal needs

it priced $500 on their site

was it worth it?

I don't have much experience about this but I have similar interest and also researching and planning to open an office in US for my technology business, this thread can really help me if i found some good advices.

Just do a search for an LLC setup company online

Tons of them

Some are cheaper than others

As far as physical mailing addresses, you might want to consider online po box set up

USA companies for foreign are tax-transparent. Means that IRS will contact your local tax office and you need to pay taxes in your country.
For Europe it's problematic documentation and reporting for everything. For example if I open Delaware from Poland, I need to do full documentation more complicated than normal european company.

Using US company for avoid taxes in your country is only matter of time when your local tax guys will come for you

I never heard about it before. I'll do some research to see the benefits.

Delaware is a great option, but check the annual taxes with a lawyer, moreover you can get an EIN with this process and get a US bank account, and get a stripe may be. If you already have a SSN i don't think you have any need of forming a LLC.
