These days, how is your site going to compete? Making it for Germans isn't enough, there's tons already. Is your site going to be faster? larger? what's the reason for me to visit you vs going to an established website? That's the problem. And do you know how to run a server, install Nginx, Apache, PHP, IonCube, MySQL, FFmpeg, ImageMagick, etc. etc. No? Guess what, no way in hell you're going to compete. Sorry but there's a reason all the people trying to do port tubes with Wordpress fail, they're 10 years too late where that works.

There's a lot of simpler ways to make a buck online, so unless you legit want to get into adult entertainment, look elsewhere.

I had porn tubes that got millions of visitors per day (quit as I got into crypto and trading, which for me is far more enjoyable and profitable) but Wordpress will never perform like a CMS built to do tubes (Kernel Video Sharing, Mechbunny, etc.). If "large" to you means 10,000 visitors a day then yeah, go ahead and use Wordpress. But no one making real money with porn tubes is going to use Wordpress with some plugins to make it do video.

Edit: and before the ridiculous “your servers had GPUs!?!?!?” comment that we know is incoming. Yea, the GPUs reduced the time to encode uploads into various formats.


You know sites like pornhub get billions a month right? My traffic was not in any way impossible lol.

[February 2024, Pornhub.com confirmed itself reaching approximately 1.45 billion unique monthly visitors] and somehow y’all think millions a day is impossible? wtf.


Look into getting funded with a prop firm, that’s probably the simplest. Or just save and grind it out.
