Apart from beta games code, can you suggest more things which people want and we can content lock?

I can't really say, you just have to find something people really want. I just used the Beta Codes as an example.
I think you misunderstood me, only comment on relevant videos. You're right, why would you want to comment on a video that has nothing to do with what you are trying to give away.
Yeah you could do that, but you will get your IP flagged soon enough by YT. Just buy some proxies and use each one to create a YT Account. Or just buy YT accounts, they are really cheap on this forum if you look in the BST section
