IMO it would take quite a bit. You'd need to be able to convince advertisers to choose you, servers for campaign redirecting, fraud detection, and staff. I think the biggest problem if you are undertaking this would be looking professional enough to convince advertisers to use you.

Don't even think about them unless you are on the $799pm package.

First you need to learn how to spell, and if your coming to this forum for advice you aren't ready to start your own network. You need a lot of money to start out with and pay people in advance, there's a lot to it.

    @ OP

Slow it down my friend...Managing a network is not easy. Being affiliate/publisher is better...Less stress.

No offense OP, but you spell like your avatar. I would spend your $$ on some grammar classes first. Then scale it up into a GED.

I agree. Running a network is hard enough. I have an accounting department, compliance, tech, AMs, thousands of affiliates, tracking support, and that's just the affiliate side of things. Then you have to have a whole biz dev team to constantly find new advertisers with the best converting offers and negotiate pricing. It's a complicated beast, but very profitable if done well.

You guys need to chill out. I was just joking about the spelling. Jesus Christ I was on my phone in the OP and it lags so its hard to type. F*ck...

Not sure how much it costs, but there a script for sale to manage a PPC network similar to AdSense. I'll try to find it.
