So I started my own website for Amazon affiliate this month, but Im not getting almost anything in return.

From what I have heard, people with 1000 clicks to amazon earn a lot more than this..

    Should I be worried?

you should be happy that you can earn. I'm on month 2nd and earned 0,5$. :)

Btw, check your traffic. Only traffic which converts is organic from SE.

Well I could just waste my time on something more profitable :p. What's SE?

Also I checked my statics little bit more. Total revenue of the orders were 120€ and I got that 3,61€ for myself from them. All I get from the purchases is 3%

EDIT: But yeah I guess it's quite nice since I can just stop updating the site and the money will still come stable. From that angle it seems like a nice long time revenue

Search engine. I got a huge traffic from reddit, social networks, had like 200 click per day on amazon, but only 2 sales. Then I started to rank on google, got 10 clicks a day from google, but 2 of them bought something :)

And check amazon rate table, maybe your product is in 1,25% part.

It's not great but you definitely can improve this.
What's your main source of traffic?

I just started doing this so I dont really know that much about how to check the source and stuff, but I had a quick google search and sites like Alexa and Semrush were suggested. I tried them and they didnt give me any information, my site is probably too new. That's why I cant say if Im getting most of my traffic from Twitter or Google.

My sources of traffic are Google ranking and some tweets on Twitter. I made some articles which published at the same time as I published the site and now some of the pages are on the first page of google searches (Those first page rankings have about 1000 searches per 28 days)

I'm suggesting you to start with the basics, like SEO basics, what is what, what is PR,DR,PA,PR etc. Learn how to check and learn about your traffic sources.

The Google traffic you are receiving looks promising but are you getting "buyer" traffic? Those few sales that you have gotten are probably not related to the products that you are promoting and just a result of an Amazon visitor making a purchase within 24 hrs of visiting your site. It sounds like you have content getting people to your site but for some reason your content may not be compelling enough to get them to buy. They simply get over to Amazon and probably hit the back button because they are not ready to purchase.

When using Twitter as a traffic source, it can be difficult to get high conversion rates as well unless you first build trust with your audience. Having a good picture or tweet with a link directly to Amazon will get you plenty of clicks but not too many sales. Also, it can be really spammy to your followers if you have too many links like these. Make sure you are driving traffic from Twitter to your moneysite first and then from there to Amazon.

Use Google Analytics, as healzer stated above, to watch where your traffic comes from and where it goes. Another important factor to look at is engagement. You should be looking at page views, bounce rate, etc. to see how much time your visitors are spending on your website. Tracking lets you test new ideas and methods so you can figure out for yourself what works and what doesn't.

Your conversion is bad... Or it could be that the product(s) you are promoting are not getting much sales. Or it is a an informational niche where people are just clicking and not buying?
The worst I have seen is 3%. Am personally on a 7% conversion with 95% SE.

The good thing is; you are getting the clicks... You need to relax and let amazon do their thing.

What exactly have you done to get those 1000 + clicks mate?
Conversion depends on how targeted the traffic is.

I have had ~7% on amazon for a very competitive niche, it all depends on traffic acquisition.

I agree with the two posters above. 7% is the bottom-end of my average.
