Hey Blackhats. Anyone here with any experience with PTC (paid-to-click) sites?

I am looking to start a PTC site and I am currently researching on it. but a few questions are not making me move ahead.

1- How much estimate an ptc site owner can earn. off course I'll not scam people and pay as high as possible to make a decent start, also make the people trust my site.

2- Is PTC industry still profitable? means do people spend their time and talent for earning less then $2 per day .PTCs pay at most 1-2 cents per ad.. Are there still people who would waste their time to earn 10-20 cents daily? So basically, what my question is, are PTC sites still worth the time and effort for the owners?

3- what kind of profit margins should I keep? I was thinking that maybe I can use the point system where 1000points are = $1. Moreover I get only 10-20% of all the incomes and other than will spend in promoting and give bounus to members.

4 - Lastly, what kind of budget should I keep for this project?

Anyone who is willing to be partner with me I'll appreciate . we will divide the profit. I am really serious I really need someone who works with me

In the past I saw a lot of PTC sites come and go, a lot operated by fraudulent webmasters to make a quick buck. Advertisers aren't too happy to let you advertise on a John Doe PTC site, PTC's are heavily botted, so advertisers won't see any conversions and stop advertising and as a webmaster you will loose income but still have to pay your members, which after some time will be harder and at the end they won't pay their members and disappear in vacuum, or sell their crappy websites to other fraudulent webmasters and all members income will evaporate.
The honest webmasters operating ptc sites struggle to keep their heads above the water (except the really big established websites), the big ones are there for years and mostly played a fair game. Members aren't that dumb anymore to join ptc sites, especially new ones.
As long as you don't have a long term business plan don't put your effort in these kind of things.

Back in 2007-2009 there were a lot of webmasters taking advantage of the PTC scam.

    1. Build a PTC site using a warez PTC script.
    2. Get a lot of noobs promising you will pay good pay like $0.001 per click to ads.
    3. Those ads will encourage these noobs to buy their "premium" program that cost $20 per month and you'll get more ads to click and $0.005 per click
    4. Profit!!! Get $1000 then shutdown the site and run.
