Would this work to cloak Google Ads for BH niches/campaigns? It seems from the example it is just "copying" the existing URL to a tracking domain using DNS?
Would ad networks like Ezoic and Adsense still see the real OG domain? Or would they think the ads are being displayed on the cloaking domain and accuse us of putting their banners on an unapproved domain?

If you refer to my previous post, I address exactly that. Further, the purpose of this setup is for your content to look "safe" enough so as not to raise suspicions or flags for manual reviews. Networks such as the ones you mentioned as well as the largest ones do not manually review new domains as you entered them on their platforms. Rather they automatically send bots and crawlers to determine whether a site should be flagged or not. When a potential suspicion arises, like a redirect to another domain, that was not supposed to be there, then maybe the site is sent further for manual review. This is not what you want and the setup described and explained in detail on this guide helps you with exactly that, ie to have your setup pass review automatically and your links approved.
