Start an exchange service, any ready-made website script to buy somewhere?

After I have looked into the exchanger marked and the margin they charge up to 12% and even more I'm considering to start such a business.

I can easely get the money to setup the exchange of PayPal, Skrill, Neteller in a mix.. but when I look at website likes https://exchangex.ru it seems it will be much easier to handle if there is any script running where people actually just complete the form there and click submit so they know exactly the costs and the exchanger get all the data in handy to quickly execute the transaction.

Do you think this could be setup in WordPress with pluging or is there actually a script people are using for this?

I might be wrong but wasn't this outside of ToS for paypal at least?,be sure to document yourself before starting a whole business around this service

You are total right, it is illegal, not allowed, stay away business.. but this is not the question, I just want to know if there is a script similar to this!

I'm not new to all of this and I know what I'm doing (most often at least ) so we don't need more replies here that discuss if this is legal, ethical correct to do or anything else, please stick to the topic if possible.

What do you want to help me with, to tell me if it is a WordPress or if it is a Script that can be bought somewhere? I don't want to get anything developed by some programmer!

I found something http://www.exchangesoftware.info/ does someone know this, good / bad?
