First, I have a strong belief in the concept of teamwork, Triberr, one failing where many can succeed. I have always seen talk on BHW of people saying "we should get together and do this or that, beat the competitors together," and this is my goal here as well, helping each other succeed for the success of us all. Competition in adult webcams is definitely out there, but online sex and especially cams is a niche that is not going away. People face a lot of problems starting a new webcam site. This ranges from building the website, to even more basic problems like which platform it should even be built on. Let's not go into video streaming and hosting costs. So, this brings us to another option for an out-of-the-box, ready-to-go webcam site. The white label. There's several options, but I'm concentrating here on the one I feel is the best at the moment. And that's the one I used at ne1up.com (yours will be on your domain name, with your logo if you want to team up with me in this thread - I can make you a logo and even put the white label on your domain for you if you need). You can put this at yourdomain.com, .com/cams(or whatever), or cams(whatever).yourdomain.com. This helps great to keep certain SEO aspects OK - you can also set up as many of these on as many domains as you want to diversify, or just stick with one like I am. This thread will also be a bit of a journey, as I update as I go. The domain I am using, as you will see in the stats I post, didn't have much traffic prior. I did have it set up as a social search engine (made sense with the .com name) but everyone searched it for adult webcams. So finally I've given them what they want, lol. Anyway, here's my current stats. Obviously plenty of work to be done, but traffic is already picking up and I have spent very little time actually working on traffic generation at this point. So it's encouraging, though conversions are low. As time goes on and I target advertising and the like, this will improve. I have SO many tips and suggestions and things I'd like to talk about concerning this, so I'd really like to establish a help group, a network of us who are interested in building and developing these websites, helping each other along. Alone we probably can't take on a site like cam4, but a group of us together on here helping each other along could be extremely profitable for us all! I have seen some examples of what others have done with this program individually, check these out and imagining what we can do HELPING each other: If you are interested in joining along with me and anyone else who wants to tackle this together, let's do it. I'm always online and available, I love chatting about this and I'm going to drive mine forward as hard as I can. I'll help you do the same with yours in any way I can, at any time, and I'm looking for people who want to get together and have that same team mentality. I promise you, we'll ALL benefit! You will need a domain name and hosting at least. We can work around that in some way if you don't, but either way, if you WOULD like to do this with me: please use the affiliate program link at the bottom of ne1up.com to join me! Then let me know immediately on here so we can swap whatever sort've contact information you desire. There's a lot of excitement on here about starting a webcam site, for lots of reasons. Some guys just want a site up so they can go talk to models/escorts/strippers/college girls and refer them as broadcasters, others just want a few awesome white label cam sites in some select niches. We can work with it at all and we can make enough money to shake off the white label aspect - even develop our own platform together if we want, like all the big dogs did. I want to do that with you and we CAN, if you're still reading and with me on this. Either way, I'll be updating my journey here as I have time, with stats and any tricks or tips I pick up and think to pass along! Love to have anyone involved, whether you want to dabble with it or go full-bore, I'm sure a LOT of people on here have a domain name sitting there, just doing nothing anyway. What's the harm and it'll be fun!
