I'm not sure about iSpionage but I'm pretty sure that SpyFu is the best option for PCC with billions of data.
I'm personally using it's Pro Monthly $79 plan with Default Mainpurchase Promo ($40.28) and paying total of $38.71 each time I subscribe to a new account.

I testing out Ispionage now, Next month I'll test out SpyFu and CBengine.
