    Hey all,

I'm checking this forum from time to time and there is a lot stuff posted like "Have no 5 pages" or "multiple pages from me got de-indexed" etc.

So I was wondering for the reason and maybe I made it wrong in the past.

I'm working on a non-niche project with around 110.000.000 competition results per keyword and we're ranked (depending on keyword) 9 - 35 (of course some dancing, as well).

My project is a news-website about a "niche" which is kinda big. So our main-strategy is to create unique news and backlinks.

I was wondering why G likes us that much, that, even for very competitive news (more than 340 other websites released at the same topic) we're always on top of G in news-section.

Our daily traffic is 200 - 350 uniques each day.

But I thought about "Why do most of the people have multiple websites and not focussing on one". So, is it more a "quick and 'dirty'"-solution or is a page with 10 - 20 articles up with 400 words each and fitting keyword densitiy much stronger than a single page with around 150 articles (200 - 600 words) targeted on the "niche" etc.

Also our payout is not thaaaat much as we work with the niche-companies on a CPA-base, which is around 1.00 $ - 2.00 $ each Lead (which is standard in the niche) and we have around 2 - 4 leads a day, which feels quite "less".

Or the multiple sites only supporters for the main-page to create link juice and bump it up in G?

Looking forward for some feedback :)

Well, there are many arguments for the favor of one big "authorative" site vs many small sites.

But, I find the main reason to go for more sites is spreading your eggs. If you work for a long time on one site and one day out of the blue it gets hurt (doesn't matter if it deserved it or not) you lost all your work.
