So yesterday I thought of a niche market worth investigating......don't mind sharing as I have found something better....it was antique fishing reels....apparently quite a few collecters and traders out there.....

So I spent most of the day visiting fishing websites....using Samuri for keywords...all the usual stuff we do.....

Now this morning I pick up my email......and find 4 spam messages....all to do with fishing reels!!!!!

I cannot ever remember getting fishing type spam emails before and I didn't register on any of the fishing sites visited.....

So either the big G is waaaay more 'intelligent' than we think...OR....something fishy (Pardon the pun) going on with Samuri...!?

    Any thoughts anyone.........

I have found that if I type a search into G - ie holidays to italy

then spend half an hour or so browsing sites, then go back to my work, which is the weight loss niche mainly, all the ads on a diet site that I might visit show 'holiday in Italy' ads.

Its effing wierd and really annoys me.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened several times.

Do a G search, then go to some of your sites that you visit regularly that have ads without doing a new search and see what happens!

    Home Page:
a site you visited might have taken your ip address and cross-referenced it with a list of emails.

Barca...I can go one better than that.....

I use Frontpage to design html adsense pages....(OK so it's old fashioned but it works for me)....and every now and then I view them in 'Preview' mode and up come the ads for whatever niche I'm working on.....

Then when I go back to browsing...even a few hours later......doesn't matter what site I'm browsing...they all show the same 'niche' ads that I was working with..........

    Bloody nuisance.....
