spoofed location and real ip's location

I'm about to use cloned ig app that can be spoofed location and sim card. And I'm using 4g sim card.
So I wonder real ip's location and spoofed location should be same or not to prevent bans.
Just same city is enough? or same country is enough? or should be same excatly with my ip location?

you can use anti detecting browser with socks5 proxies for this purpose
