Spinning Youtube Videos

How are you guys spinning youtube videos. I've noticed a phenomena where I can upload the same video all I want until it gets banned. Then I can't upload that same video anymore, but if I change it slightly then I can upload it again. Does anyone have a program they are using to change the video size or anything? Or are you all just editing it in a video program and reencoding it?

I just re-encode it with a slightly different bitrate.

I do the same thing, all it takes is to encode the video with sligthly different parametres (it doesn't have to be bit rate, but that's what I usually change). Virtually any program for video encoding will do, just check a couple and choose the one you like.

I've been using sony vegas to reencode my videos. At the end of each video i just have a text ad so i constantly change the length of that. The only thing is it's time consuming and I'm hoping to come up with something faster and more automated.

I used to use Sony Vegas, but loading it up just to slightly change a video is overkill.

Download Xilisoft video converter from Torrents, of any freeware video converter. Google it!
