I have web 2.0's as tier 1. They are very quality hand written unique content for tier 1.

I want to build maybe 20 web 2.0s to each tier 1 for tier 2. Is it a good idea to use spun content for this? It would save me an awful lot of time to make hand written articles.

Also what is your process on spinning articles? Is there some sort of tool that can do this process for me?

Any input will be helpful for me :) Thanks

Tier 2 you can get away with spun content, the tools used to create these links scrape and spin content anyway.

If you want to create 20 T2 links to each T1 links and you have lets say 10 T1 sites, you are going to need almost $1K for content if you do not use spun content.

So spun content on T2 is a good idea.
