Spider to List High PR Pages for a Given Site?

    Does anyone know of a spider / app / bot that will walk a site and return a list of pages with high PR? This would be to find high pr blog / forum posts to drop links on. I've poked around a fair bit for this and come up dry. Seems this should be pretty trivial to implement?
