    I have a small situation =

I am puttinng a budget together and I have the choice of either spending money on a good press release service what I see my competition using or using that money on paid links?

    Which would you choose?

I have sorted out loads of backlinks and over 60% of them I can do in house and for nearly free and I do want to stay away from buying links!

Im using very competitive keywords as well :)

    What would you suggest?

    hey man
buying links can be dangerous, its up to you.
I think press releases is a good shoot since you already checked that is working for your competitors. Also brainstorm in order to get better links so you can outcome your competitors.

    regards

+1 for PR - they give not only links but traffic. Paid links suck

Sorry I mean using paid directorys that my competition is using, alll that sort of the thing!

The blatant paid links will be offered to be part of our affiliate network on the condition they get rid of the other links - Win win l)

Will these press releases include links to your site with anchor text?

Of course, but off course the further the down the chain the more links get removed!

I find press releases dont really carry the links on that much

I have 300 staff who I can outsource the content too lol

I just notice that press releases are more short fixes and once you stop you start to slip if nothing else is done
