I can fully recommend this Indexing service at this moment in time. It has managed to index even my worst testpages.

it's great if you want to test new sites (and rank quickly) but you can also use it on client sites.

if some of your links are not indexed. you receive 50% refund to your index balance. You receive 100 links for free when you sign up
the price is great too, 5000 links for $22, much cheaper than Omega indexer etc.
no it doesn't do 100%, sometimes it does, but usually it's between 60-90%.

The whole July we return 70% of not indexed links in Yandex! Further 50%.
